Roast Lothian Turkey with Apricot and sage stuffing, kilted sausage and roast gravy
Seabass fillet on a pomme puree with creamed leeks, mussels and king prawns with a champagne and lemon cream sauce
Roasted cauliflower with harissa, pine nuts, tahini, dates, mint and pomegranate with vegan yoghurt
Fillet of Beef Wellington with a wild mushroom pate and Madeira jus (minimum 2 and £10 per head supplement)
