Grazing Platter (minimum 4) – Chicken liver parfait with red onion marmalade. Melting Camembert cheese with honey and hazelnuts. Roasted red pepper, maple and lime Hummus. Mains
Roast Lothian Turkey with Apricot and sage stuffing, kilted sausage and roast gravy
Seabass fillet on a pomme puree with creamed leeks, mussels and king prawns with a champagne and lemon cream sauce
Roasted cauliflower with harissa, pine nuts, tahini, dates, mint and pomegranate with vegan yoghurt
Fillet of Beef Wellington with a wild mushroom pate and Madeira jus (minimum 2 and £10 per head supplement)

Steak pies are not available to order on their own.

Please be aware that some of our dishes do contain nuts and as far as I am aware all produce used is GM free.

- All prices include VAT at standard rate
- Minimum order is for 4 people and all dishes are supplied in suitable disposable containers
- Just order what you want – No minimum numbers of each dish (except the grazing platter)
- Bookings are confirmed subject to receiving the completed booking form which is a binding document between yourselves and Craig Wood Catering Limited. Payment shall be made in full at time of delivery or by bank transfer. Bank transfers must be completed by 1 December 2023 if this is your preferred method of paying. Please message for your invoice total and bank details.
- Those that have not ordered previously or are unknown to us, may be invoiced £10 per head deposit to be settled by bank transfer before booking is confirmed
- Deliveries are within East Lothian only (Tranent/Prestonpans and East from there and subject to a £7 delivery charge per order.
- Full cooking/reheating instructions shall be provided in writing on delivery
- All food is delivered on Christmas Eve in oven ready containers and once delivered should be chilled in a fridge and held at a temperature between 1-4
- Collections shall be available from our unit at 61 Peffer Place, Edinburgh, EH16 4BB between 09.00 and 12.00
- Closing date for orders is Saturday 2nd December or if we are full before then, with one hour time slot notified on Wednesday 13th December for delivery on Christmas Eve. Deliveries should be between 07.00 and 15.00
- By agreeing to order from us, It is of the understanding that Craig Wood Catering limited hold no responsibility in the event of ill effects due to failing to follow the correct instructions supplied or holding at the required temperature
