Honey Glazed gammon with a pineapple, red onion and pepper sweet and sour sauce 

Chicken and Mango Balti curry with coriander fragranced Basmati rice 

Veggie Haggis and Mushroom Wellington with fried red onions and a butternut squash puree (vegan on request)

 

All come with a selection of roast vegetables and prepared potatoes for roasting

(will be peeled and par boiled – lets face it, Everybody’s Roasters are the best so who are we to stand in the way and fresh are always better)

Brown sugar hazelnut meringue, Banana mousse and hot chocolate sauce

Lemon flavoured crème patisserie tartlet with caramelised oranges, vanilla and toasted almonds

Please be aware that some of our dishes do contain nuts and as far as I am aware all produce used is GM free.

Our fresh meat and fish products may contain bones.

All our dishes can be adapted to suit most dietary requirements.  Please message for further information and advice

  1. Minimum order is for 2 people and all dishes are supplied in suitable disposable containers
  2. New for 2020 – Just order what you want – No minimum numbers of each dish
  3. Bookings are confirmed subject to receiving the completed booking form which is a binding document between yourselves and WoodFood Limited. Payment shall be made in full at time of delivery or by bank transfer.  Bank transfers must be completed by 24th December 2020 if this is your preferred method of paying.  Please message for your invoice total and bank details.
  4. Those that have not ordered previously or are unknown to us, may be invoiced £10 per head deposit to be settled by bank transfer before booking is confirmed
  5. Deliveries are within Edinburgh, East and Mid Lothian only and subject to a £5 delivery charge per order.  We can arrange to meet at a designated time at our boundaries should this be of interest.
  6. Full cooking/reheating instructions shall be provided in writing on delivery
  7. All food is delivered on Hogmanay in oven ready containers and once delivered should be chilled in a fridge and held a temperature between 1-4
  8. Closing date for orders is Sunday 27th December with one hour time slot notified on Tuesday 29th December for delivery on Hogmanay. Deliveries should be between 08.00 and 13.00
  9. By agreeing to order from us, It is of the understanding that Craig Wood Catering limited or WoodFood Limited hold no responsibility in the event of ill effects due to failing to follow the correct instructions supplied or holding at the required temperature
