We’re your Marquee Catering specialists
We at Craig Wood Catering have become somewhat of a Marquee specialist. Whether it be catering for a wedding, private party or corporate event. Being proud owners of all our own portable kitchen equipment, we can set up and cater for up to 1,000 guests in just about any location.

The Seton Package includes
The Seton Package is based on 100 guests. We realise that not all weddings are 100 guest and we have broken down every aspect of the day for you to
- Exclusive use of The Seton Garden from the Friday Evening until the Sunday Morning
- Toilet facilities
- New Century Marquee structure with catering tent, Electricity, lighting and heater (if required)
- 3 course wedding breakfast – menu of your choice as discussed with caterer
- All kitchen equipment, tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery, linen, service, Master of Ceremonies and wedding planner, Licensed bar.
- This exclusive unbelievable package based on 100 guests is only £9900 incl VAT (Offer valid throughout 2022 and March, April, October. November 2023)
The above package is based on 100 guests. We realise that not all weddings are for 100 guests and we have broken down every aspect of the day for you to bespoke your day to fit your plans. We can quote from 60 – 400 guests. Please contact us with your preferred date(s) and guest numbers and we can forward an indicative quote.
Midweek Preferential rate – Wednesday Wedding

Sharing platters or Grazing boards are very popular – We have numerous options and would tailor the menu to your liking
Sweet potato and ginger soup with fresh coriandor, yoghurt and cumin crusted croutons.
Roasted vine tomato and red pepper with a basil cream and chunky croutons.
Parfait of Duck and chicken livers with homemade tomato chutney and oatcakes
Terrine of chicken, apricots and almonds wrapped in bacon with a farmhouse style pickle and ciabatta croutes
Dicksons of Cockenzie traditonal smoked salmon with finely sliced banana shallots and capers, fresh lemon wedge and home made soda bread

Daube of beef in a red wine, thyme and rosemary jus with horseradish scented duchess potato

Homemade mini Haggis Pies, Steak Pies and Macaroni Cheese pies – Why not add Triple cooked chips
Slow roast pork shoulder carved at a hot plate by a chef, with apricot and pork stuffing, fried onions, barbecue and apple sauces, morning rolls, coleslaw and mixed salad
Very popular are our evening rolling barbecue where we provide a selection of different burgers (steak, venison, lamb and mint, alomg with vegetarian falafels ) and sausages with onions, chutneys, leaves, gherkins, sauces etc
Triple cooked chip bar with gravy, curry sauce, cheese, chippy sauce, vinegar, salt and ketchup – Add rolls if you wish
